Terms and Conditions
Effective date: January 10, 2026 Provider: Wholesome Healing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Provider”) Service area: Coaching, faith‑centered counseling, prayer support, and related services delivered in person, by phone, or online.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, booking services, intake forms, or receiving services from Wholesome Healing LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Description: We provide faith‑centered life coaching and nursing‑informed support. Services are educational, supportive, and coaching in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. Service delivery: Sessions may be offered in person, by phone, or via secure video. Service availability and formats are listed on our booking page.
3. Booking, Payment, and Fees
Booking: Appointments are booked through our online scheduler. Bookings are confirmed after payment when payment is required. Payment: Full prepayment is required for paid sessions unless otherwise agreed. Payment processors collect card details; we do not store full card numbers. Fees: Service fees are posted on the booking page. Additional fees (taxes, processing) may apply. Deposits: Discounted or sliding‑scale slots may require a nonrefundable deposit as stated at booking.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No‑Shows
Cancellation windows: Free consults may be canceled up to 12 hours prior without penalty. Paid sessions under 1 hour may be canceled up to 24 hours prior for a full refund. Paid sessions 1 hour or longer may be canceled up to 48 hours prior for a full refund. Late cancellations: Cancellations within the late window incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price. No‑shows: Failure to attend without prior cancellation is charged 100% of the session price. Emergencies: Medical or family emergencies are reviewed case‑by‑case; fees may be waived with documentation. Provider cancellations result in a full refund or free reschedule.
5. Waitlist and Class Policies
Waitlist: Clients may join waitlists for full classes. Maximum waitlist capacity and hold times are posted on the booking page. When notified of an opening, clients must accept and complete payment within the stated hold time or the slot will be offered to the next person. Class rules: Specific class policies (materials, arrival time, conduct) are posted with each class description.
6. Intake, Records, and Confidentiality
Intake forms: Clients must complete required intake forms as specified. Pre‑session forms must be completed at least 24 hours before the first paid session when required. Confidentiality: Sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law (risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or other legal obligations). We do not share identifiable client information without written consent. Record keeping: We retain intake and session records consistent with professional practice and legal requirements.
7. Emergency and Crisis Disclaimer
Our services are not emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Booking or messaging us is not an appropriate substitute for emergency care.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

9. Refunds and Credits
Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the Cancellation Policy. Partial refunds may be issued after deducting applicable fees. Credits: At our discretion, refunds may be issued as site credit valid for six months.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and materials provided during sessions, is owned by or licensed to Wholesome Healing LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
11. Testimonials and Publicity
We may request permission to use anonymized testimonials. We will obtain written consent before publishing any client‑identifying information or images.
12. Third‑Party Services
We use third‑party providers for payments, scheduling, and communications. Use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third‑party actions or outages.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesome Healing LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wholesome Healing LLC and its representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of services.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved first through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Ohio under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services or access for clients who violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or fail to comply with policies. Clients may terminate services by notifying us in writing; outstanding fees remain payable.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
