Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Scope: Applies to all services. How to book: Book online up to 90 days in advance and no later than 2 hours before start. Bookings are confirmed after payment or after a confirmation email for free consults. Required info: full name, contact (email or phone), and a brief reason for the visit. Reminders: Automated reminders are sent 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Free consults: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours Paid sessions under 1 hour: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior for a full refund. Paid sessions 1 hour or longer: Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior for a full refund. Late cancellations: Cancellations within the late window incur a 50% fee of the session price. No‑shows/Late Cancel: Charged 100% of the session price. Emergencies: Medical or family emergencies are reviewed case‑by‑case; fees may be waived with documentation. If the provider cancels, clients receive a full refund or a free reschedule. Waitlist Policy Joining: Clients may join waitlists for full slots; a valid email and phone number are required. Priority: Waitlists are first‑come, first‑served. When a slot opens, the first person on the list receives a notification. Acceptance window: Clients have 30 minutes from notification to accept and complete payment; if they do not respond, the slot is offered to the next person. Limits: Clients may be on up to 3 active waitlists. Refunds and Operational Notes Refunds: Full refunds for cancellations made within the allowed window. Partial refunds for late cancellations after deducting the late cancellation fee. No refunds for no‑shows or late cancel's except in documented emergencies. Refunds may be issued as site credit valid for 6 months at provider discretion. Buffers: Default 15‑minute buffer between sessions. Intake & confidentiality: Intake forms and a short confidentiality/consent reminder are included in confirmation emails. Clients must complete required intake items 24 hours before their first paid session.
